Ingredientes

Dressing:

5 tbsp yoghurt

2 tbsp mayonnaise

150g vegan bacon lardons

1 tbsp jalepenos, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

For Brussels sprouts:

750g Brussels sprouts

Chilli flakes, salt and pepper (to taste)

1 tbsp oil

Instrucciones

Preheat oven to 200c

Boil sprouts until fork tender

Drain sprouts and pat dry with some paper towels

Transfer the Brussels sprout to a prepared tray and with the base of a mug/glass gently flatten each sprout.

Drizzle over some oil, and season. Toss to coat and then spread into an even layer

Roast for 20 minutes, then turn sprouts over and roast for a further 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy

Whilst the sprouts are cooking, fry the bacon lardons until crispy.

Mix dressing ingredients together and then add the sprouts. Mix well until all coated.
