Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredientes

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instrucciones

Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. In a shallow bowl, mix 1/2 cup Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then dredge in the Parmesan mixture until well-coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in cream and chicken broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Add 1/3 cup Parmesan and stir until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, about 3–5 minutes.

Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
