Quick Red Sauce

Ingredientes

16 oz tomatos 2 cans

olive oil jusr enough yo cover pan

small-med sauce pan

basil season to taste (1 tbs?)

little bit of oregeno

garlic powder 1tsp

2 tsp sugar

Instrucciones

cover pan with oil. very light coating. Medium heat for pan.

once heated, put two cans of tomatos in and once heated up, take potato masher and mash as much as you can. Stir ocassionally

you can put other ingredients in all at once.

Turn to simmer when mashed. Make sure to stir and mash occassionally. and have lid on so it can simmer for 10-15 mins.

letsimmer for hour
