1/2 cup toasted pearl couscous

Chicken stock concentrate pack

Instrucciones
Bring 1¼ cups water (2½ cups for 4 servings), chicken stock concentrate, and salt to a boil in a small pot. Once boiling, stir in 1/2 cup toasted pearl couscous. Reduce heat to medium low. Simmer 11-14 minutes, or until couscous is al dente and liquid has absorbed. Remove from heat. (You’ll finish the couscous in Step 5.) Zest half the lemon with a microplane. Halve lemon. Squeeze juice from lemon halves. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
