Perfect Carajillo

Ingredientes

1 oz Tequila

1 oz Licor 43

1 ½ oz Fresh Espresso

Pinch of Salt

Shake it twice: once with ice, once without. 5–10 seconds each round.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and just like that—you’ve made it better than they ever will at the bar.
