480g chicken breast (just what I used but use however much you like)
20-30g Piri piri seasoning to taste
Tbsp paprika
Tbsp tomato puree
Tsp garlic puree
Splash lime juice
For the lunch:
X2 packets tilda spicy Mexican rice packets (500g total)
200g frozen peas
200g sweetcorn
300g tenderstem broccoli
80g lighter halloumi
40g Perinaise
