For those who never had this. This is a Beef, Pork, and Soy Sauce Broth. The Broth is Savory, Tangy, with the Perfect Amount of Sweet and Saltiness. Rich is Flavor.

Recipe:

8 Liters of Water

5 Lbs of Beef or Pork Bones

6 Pieces of Thinly Sliced Galangal

1 Bundle of Cilantro’s Stems or Cilantro Root

3 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce

1/2 of a Cup of Golden Seasoning Sauce

3/4 of a Cup of Oyster Sauce

1/2 of a Cup of Soy Sauce

4 Tbsp of MSG

1 Tbsp of Salt

10 Tbsp of Palm Sugar

1 Cup of Vinegar

2 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce

1 Bundle Pandan Leafs

8 Pieces of Rock Sugar

2 Cup of Daikon

Blend to a Paste:

4 Tbsp of Soy Bean Paste

2 Tbsp of Five Spice Powder

3 Garlic Cloves

1/2 Cup of Fermented Bean Curd

Toasted Spice Seasonings:

2 Tbsp of Coriander Seeds

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 Tbsp of Cloves

2 Tbsp of Fennel

4 Star Anise

1 Amomum Costatum

1 Tbsp of White Peppercorn

1 Tbsp of Black Peppercorn

Bring a Pot of Water to a Boil.

Add Pork Bones.

Skim out Gunk and Scums.

Toast Seasoning Spices

Place in Cheesecloth or Tea Bag

Place Cheesecloth in Broth

Season Broth

Simmer for 1-2 Hours (the longer the better)

Marinate Pork

Cover with Plastic Wrap.

Refrigerate for 30 Mins.

Bring a Pot of Water to a Boil.

Blanch Rice Noodles & Chopped Morning Glory Leaf Tips.

Strain over Colander. Place in a Soup Bowl.

Transfer Desired Amount of Broth to Smaller Pot.

Bring to a Boil.

Place in Protein.

Ladle a Scoop of Pork Blood (As Shown on Video).

Place in Boiling Hot Broth.

Stir. Give it 5-6 Quick Swirls.

Shut of the Heat.

Ladle Broth over Soup Bowl.

Add your Favorite Toppings, Condiments and Garnishes.
