¼ Palm Sugar Syrup

¼ Clarified Lime

2mL Blue Spirulina Solution*

2% Weight Calcium Lactate Gluconate

⅒ Weight Xanthan Gum

Algin bath (the liquid that the frozen spheres get dumped in):

1L Distilled Water

5g Sodium Alginate

The Spirulina Solution is

100g Water

10g Sugar

2g Blue Spirulina Water
