1 ounce pineapple juice

3/4 ounce lemon juice

1/2 ounce falernum

1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1, sugar to water)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake to chill.

Strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with pebble ice.

Garnish with grated cinnamon and fresh mint.
