A Bitter Carajillo to Get You Through the Week

I have had this gem by Mike Vander Horn (@cocktail.complex) saved for months now. Rest assured, I will be making more soon. I love the interplay between the bitter, herbal, and citrus notes of the Campari with the vanilla and coffee here. Yes, I knocked over my light reflector while trying to garnish, but who has time to reshoot anything?!

CAMPARAJILLO ☕️

1 oz. / 30 ml. Licor 43

1 oz. / 30 ml. Campari

1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

lemon peel oil

clear ice by @abstract_ice

add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC / garnish with coffee beans (optional)
