SOMOS Refried Black Beans with Beef Tallow

SOMOS Cilantro Lime Rice

Sweet & Spicy Creamy Cilantro Lime Sauce

blend all ingredients together)

1 cup light sour cream

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp SOMOS Mexican Chili Crisp

2 tbsp honey

Juice of 1/2 lime

1/2 bunch cilantro

2 garlic cloves

Salt, to taste

Guacamole (combine all ingredients)

2 large avocados, mashed

1 jalapeño, diced (seeds removed)

1/3 cup diced red onion

1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro

1 garlic clove, minced

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper, to taste

Mexican Chili Crisp Shrimp

1 ½ lb XL raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (I used wild-caught Argentinian red shrimp)

3–4 tbsp SOMOS Mexican Chili Crisp

SPG rub

Juice of 1/2 lime

Sautéed Peppers & Onions

1 orange bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

Extra-virgin olive oil

SPG rub

Fire-Roasted Corn Salsa (combine all ingredients)

2 cups roasted corn, cooled

1 finely diced red onion

1 finely diced jalapeño

1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and garlic powder, to taste

Toppings

Cotija cheese

Fresh chopped cilantro
