Peanut butter cookies

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 cup softened butter

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/2 cups flour

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cream butter, peanut and sugars together. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well. Add vanilla. In separate bowl, add baking powder and baking soda to flour. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix until combined.

Roll into balls then rolls in sugar. Press down with a fork in a criss cross pattern. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.
