Boursin Bake Air Fryer Pastries

Fry off 8 rashers of streaky bacon first and remove from the pan once crispy

Add in two diced chicken breasts and ½ tsp each of garlic and onion granules. Now add 1 tsp black pepper

Fry off the chicken and seasonings until cooked through

Add ½ to 1 wheel of Boursin and heat gently until thickened

Chop up your crispy bacon into bits and add it to the chicken and mix

Cut 1 sheet of ready roll puff pastry into 8 equal rectangles and spoon around 1 tbsp of mixture onto the pastry

Brush egg wash around the edges and add another piece of pastry on top, then crimp the edges with a fork

Score the top and brush with more egg wash

Air Fry or oven Bake until golden and crispy
