Amore® Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp, plus / cup olive oil

3 tsp Amore Garlic Paste

1¼ cups Italian bread, cut into ¾ inch cubes

2 tbsp Amore Anchovy Paste

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce freshly ground pepper

½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 large head romaine lettuce, cut into bite size pieces

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350° F. Stir together 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tsp Amore Garlic Paste. Toss with the bread cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake 5 - 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool. Whisk together the remaining ⅓ cup olive oil, 1 tsp Amore Garlic Paste, 2 tbsp Amore Anchovy Paste, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce and pepper to taste. Toss the dressing with the lettuce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and croutons on top and toss again. Serve immediately. Serves 4
