Turkish Stuffed Flatbreads

Dough
3 cups flour
2 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp yoghurt
Mix, knead 8–10 mins, rise 1 hr.
Filling
500g beef mince
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp chilli flakes
Salt + pepper
Cook onion + garlic then add mince, add paste + spices and cook until browned.
Cool completely.
Assemble
Divide dough into 6.
Flatten, add 2–3 tbsp filling, seal like a dumpling.
Flip, gently roll thick. Rest 15 mins.
Cook them in a Dry pan, medium heat, 3–4 mins per side.
Golden spots and slight puffiness means they are done.
Brush with butter straight out of the pan 👌
