Here’s what you need to make this one:

6 Chicken thighs, bone in

20 g Butter

150 g Bacon lardons

1 Onion, sliced

250 g Chestnut mushrooms, quartered

4 Cloves of garlic, chopped

1 Bunch of thyme, chopped

40 g Plain flour

100 ml White wine

400 ml Chicken stock

150 ml Double cream

½ Bunch of parsley, chopped
