Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Υλικά

1 box uncle Ben’s wild rice

1 cup cut carrots

1 cup cut celery

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 stick butter

6 cups chicken broth

2 cups chicken

Οδηγίες

Dump all ingredients (except for rice) into crock pot. Include the rice box seasoning packet.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add the rice about an hour before serving.

Remove chicken and shred.

Add heavy cream as needed.
