6 drops Salted Celery-Cardamom Bitters

Combine ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a coupe and top with Hop & Honey Air.

75 grams IPA

15 grams Honey Syrup (2:1)

10 grams Lemon juice

1 gram Sunflower Lecithin Powder

Combine the ingredients in a wide-mouth container, using a whisk to incorporate the powder into the liquid. Use an immersion blender or a fish tank air pump to create the air for the cocktail garnish.
