Mandarin Orange Dressing

Yield: 3 cups

2 c orange juice

2 c mandarin juice

3 T white wine vin

2 T dijon mustard

2 T whole grain mustard

1/2 c rice bran oil

1/2 c extra virgin olive oil

a pinch each salt and pepper

Reduce orange and mandarin juices to 1 cup.

Mix in mustards and vinegar.

Whisk in oil slowly and season.
