1 Green pepper chopped

1 Onion sliced

1 packet of mushrooms

Oil

2 tablespoons wine vinegar

4 tablespoons tomato ketchup

2 oz brown sugar

1 teaspoon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 chicken jointed
