6–7 king oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced

Plastic wrap
4 tbsp crushed sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 stalks green onion, chopped

Add mushrooms + splash of water to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap (poke holes) and microwave for 2 min.
Remove excess water.
Add remaining ingredients. Toss well and serve warm or room temp.
Spicy Microwave Mung Bean Sprout Muchim
Ingredients
1.5 packs mung bean sprouts
Splash of water
Plastic wrap
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp fish sauce
Chopped green onion
Salt to taste
Instructions
Wash sprouts, place in bowl with water. Cover with plastic wrap (poke holes) and microwave for 3 min.
Remove excess water.
Add remaining ingredients. Toss and serve.
Microwave Soondubu Gyeran Jjim
Ingredients
5 eggs
1 pack soondubu (soft tofu)
½ tbsp fish sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of dashida
½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Chopped green onion
Sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk eggs with fish sauce, salt, and dashida.
Slice tofu into chunks and add in.
Cover with plastic wrap (poke holes) and microwave for 6 min.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, and sesame seeds.
