Putting that air to use! The sweet and spice in the are really pairs with the smoke, agave and bitterness in the cocktail. Give it a go!

I used the Regal Stir technique to bring the citrus notes up in the cocktail since I swapped the garnish for the air. This technique is so dope and adds great depth to any cocktail.
