Fruit Sando (Japanese Fruit Sandwich)

Ingredients:
•½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for vegan)
•1–2 tbsp sugar
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•Fresh fruit: strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.
•4 slices shokupan or soft white bread, crusts removed
🥪 Instructions:
1.Whip cream:
•Beat cold cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
2.Assemble:
•Spread whipped cream on bread.
•Arrange fruit in a pattern (think checkerboard or line for nice cross-section).
•Add more cream to fill gaps. Top with another slice.
3.Chill and slice:
•Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill 30 min–1 hour for clean cuts.
•Slice and reveal the fruit design.
