Ingredients: this makes 1 bowl
6oz chicken breast (seasonings I used: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika)
210g russet potatoes (seasonings I used: salt, smoked paprika)
2 oz pasta shells (dry)
28g reduced fat shredded colby jack
Buffalo sauce to taste (Franks RedHot)
Ranch:
1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp ranch seasoning
Dash of water to thin
Chick Fil A sauce:
120g cup non fat plain greek yogurt
15g sugar free bbq
15g mustard
10g honey
7g light mayo
2g lemon juice
Dash of smoked paprika (optional)
Air fryer directions:
Chicken) 380° for 12 mins or until internal temp of 165° flip half way through
Diced russet potatoes) 400° for 20 mins flipping half way through
