10 oz cabbage, chopped

10 oz gai lan, chopped

1 onion, sliced

2/3 lb pork belly, sliced

10 shrimp, deveined and cleaned

1 pack 12 oz egg noods

Sauce recipe:

2 Tbsp dark soy sauce

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp msg

1 Tbsp honey (or sugar)

1/2 Tbsp corn starch

1/2 cup water

1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds

1 tsp red chili flakes

1 tsp black pepper

Prep and clean your veggies

Gently detangle your noodles and set aside

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl

In a pan, fry your onions until translucent.

Add in the pork belly and let it brown until it renders and is golden and crispy.

Add in the shrimp and cook 85% of the way.

Add in the noodles and sauce, then gently toss until the sauce thickens.

Season to taste and enjoy!
