8 oz noodles
2-3 tablespoons crunchy or creamy peanut butter
3-4 garlic minced
3 tablespoons tahini - liquidy
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 lime juice
2 tablespoons green onions/ scallions
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
1/4 cup hot noodle water
Cook your noodles. Make sure to reserve a cup of hot noodle water.
In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients. Add hot pasta water to create a liquidy sauce.
Adding the noodles and mix’s
Garnish with chili oil scallions peanuts.
