Created by Leandro Dimonriva aka The Educated Barfly! Leandro was challenged to make an all-Italian nightcap by a patron of his, the recipe even made its way into one of Kara Newman’s books, Nightcaps.

Well balanced, savoury, bittersweet and citrusy. I highly recommend trying this low abv sipper.

1¼ oz (37.5 ml) Amaro CioCiaro

¾ oz (22.5 ml) Aperol

½ oz (15 ml) Luxardo maraschino liqueur

½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice

Lemon twist
