CHICKEN FRIED RICE IN A TUB 🥡🔥

Have you ever tried fried rice using cauliflower instead of rice?

This is low-carb and super high-protein!

All you need is:

Rotisserie chicken (I used organic)

Cauliflower rice medley (Trader Joe’s)

Scrambled eggs

Coconut aminos (You can use soy sauce)

Rice vinegar

Toasted sesame oil

Fresh or ground ginger

Green onions

Crunchy chili oil (Fave is from Trader’s)

That’s it... throw everything back into the bag (or tub), give it a good shake, and you’ve got a fast, low-carb, flavor-packed meal that tastes way better than takeout! 😋
