Chicken In The Ritz

4 - 6 chicken breast sautéed no boiled

1 10.5oz can Cream of Chicken

16oz sour cream

2 stacks of Ritz crackers

1 stick of butter

Cook and cube chicken

Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish

Mix soup and sour cream and pour on top of chicken

Crush one stack of Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of soup

Melt a stick of butter, and pour over Ritz crackers

Bake @ 350°F for 30mins or until crackers are golden brown
