250 g vermicelli rice noodles
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, freshly minced
1 tsp ginger, freshly minced
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
500 g pork mince/ground pork (can be substituted with chicken or regular beef mince)
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
2 cups bean sprouts
½ cup carrots, grated or julienned
2 spring onions/scallions, finely sliced, some reserved for garnish
½ cup chicken stock
1 tbsp tamari or regular soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, see full recipe)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame seeds
