1 cup caster sugar

250 grams unsalted butter

200 grams sour cream

1 box Nutella

Pre heat oven to 150 degrees fan forced

Put in oven for 15 minutes u til golden colour ( must always check)

2-3 minutes cool down

Sprinkle icing sugar
