Arayes Meat Filling

800g lean ground beef (5% or less)

1 medium finely diced onion

4 garlic cloves (minced or finely diced)

Fresh chopped coriander/cilantro

2 finely chopped green chillies (optional if you like the heat)

2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp back pepper

1 tsp cayenne

2 tsp salt

Other ingredients

5 sliced pittas (63g)

cooking spray

Garlic White Sauce

120g 0% Greek yoghurt

60g light mayo

juice of half a lemon

1-2 tsp honey

1-2 tsp garlic powder

salt to taste

Storage & Heating ♨️

recommend eating these fresh as they are so good! But if you want to store them, allow to cool first then wrap in foil and store for up to 5 days

To reheat, unwrap from the foil, microwave for 2-3 minutes to take the chill off then pan toast or airfry to get crispy again, enjoy!

120g 0% fat Greek yoghurt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 ½ tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 ½ tsp salt

2 tsp garlic paste

2 tsp ginger paste

Juice of one lemon

1 medium onion (sliced)

20g light butter (brand: lurpak light)

Same seasoning added to chicken

30g tomato paste

2 tsp garlic paste

2 tsp ginger paste

400g chopped tomatoes

60g light cream cheese

1/3 cup (80ml) water - use the tomato can for extra flavour!

Other ingredients

6 protein tortillas (brand: mission) - sub with low carb tortillas

450g cooked white rice (75g per burrito)

240g low fat cheese

Extra Notes ✍🏽

toast in the pan (optionally with butter) folded side down to seal the burrito
