¾ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)

½ oz Dry curaçao

1 oz Fresh lime

¾ oz Orgeat

Combine ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and fill with crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with a bouquet of mint.
