Gooey Pineapple Bars

Mix 1 box pineapple cake mix with 1/3 cup of oil and 2 eggs. (NO WATER) Do not follow box instructions.

Press your cake mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let your cake cool all the way. I sat it in the fridge for a bit.

For your icing mix together 3 oz softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1- 2 tablespoons of maraschino cherry juice.

When your gooey cake is cooled all the way spread your icing on the top. Top with cherries.

Cut and enjoy!
