1 Medium Onion Sliced

2 Large Tomatoes Chopped or 1 Canned Tomatoes

40g Cashew Nuts

120g Low Fat Yogurt

Butter Chicken Seasoning:

1 tsp Salt, Pepper

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Cumin

Oven bake for 15mins at 190C / 375F

Air Fry for 12mins at 190C / 375F
