Sesame Garlic Chicken Noodles

Zutaten

2 shallots⁣

1 red pepper⁣

700g chicken breast⁣

50g honey⁣

50ml light soy sauce⁣

25ml dark soy sauce⁣

120ml water⁣

1 chicken stock pot⁣

15g cornflour⁣

Lots of garlic, chilli & ginger (I used a tsp of each from a jar)⁣

250g dry weight noodles⁣

Spring onions, chopped⁣

20g sesame seeds ⁣

Anweisungen

Add all of the ingredients except for the noodles, spring onions and sesame seeds to a slow cooker.⁣

Stir and cook on high for 4 hours/ slow for 7-8.⁣

Break up the chicken slightly then mix in the noodles for another few minutes (I cooked mine first or you could use straight-to-wok!)⁣

Add in the spring onions and sesame seeds then serve up 😋⁣

If you don’t have a slow cooker just fry off the chicken and veg in the oil first, then add all the other ingredients to the pan, stir & simmer for 10-15 minutes before adding in the noodles, spring onions & sesame seeds!⁣
