2 green onions

Handful of fresh parsley

3 oz. Blue cheese

3/4 cup cottage cheese

2 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup unflavored yogurt

1 teaspoon dried tarragon

1/2 teaspoon dried chervil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
