Two-minute Tofu

Ingredients (quantities are rough estimates... adjust to taste)
1 chilled block silken tofu
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
½ tsp Korean chili flakes (regular pepper flakes work too)
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Anweisungen
In a small bowl, stir everything except the tofu until the sugar dissolves, then taste and adjust.
Peel the film from the tofu pack and drain.
Spoon the sauce over the tofu and enjoy!
