Sweet & Sour Pork

5 (more or less) pieces of tenderloin
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 egg white
1 green onion
Sauce:
1/2 c water
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 & 1/8 white sugar
one half of 1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/8 c ketchup
1/2 tsp soy sauce
pineapple pieces & juice
1 tbsp cornstarch in 1/4 c water.
Anweisungen
Serves 2. Can be doubled.
In bowl put cubed pork, salt, sugar, and soy sauce.
Mix in egg white & green onions.
Marinate one hour at least.
Method for pork:
Dredge pork in corn starch and fry.
Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan & bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch.
Note: Can add carrot & celery.
