Zutaten

1 × 400g tin of chickpeas

2 tablespoons tahini

½ a clove of garlic

½ a lemon extra virgin olive oil

4 sprigs of fresh flat-leaf parsley smoked paprika

Anweisungen

  1. Drain the chickpeas and tip into a blender with the tahini.

  2. Peel and add the garic, squeeze in the lemon juice and drizzle in 4 tablespoons of oil, then whiz unti super-smooth or still with texture, depending on your preference. Loosen with a splash of water, if needed.

  3. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper, then. transfer to a plate or bowl.
