Garlicky Baked Shrimp

Zutaten

For two:

16 shrimp

2 large cloves garlic

1 1/2 tbsp white wine

kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

1/4 c melted butter

1/2 c Panko crumbs

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 c shredded parmesan

Anweisungen

Heat oven to 425.

In bowl put shrimp, garlic, and wine. Add shrimp & toss. Add lemon.

Spread shrimp in even layer in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse mixing bowl add panko, most of butter and toss in cheese. Pour remainder of butter over shrimp.

With fingers sprinkle crumb mix evenly over shrimp.

Bake for 8 minutes until shrimp are turning pink. Broil for 2 minutes to brown crumbs.

OR: Drizzle butter & lemon over shrimp before tossing with crumbs.
