1/3 cup soft butter or margarine

1/8 tsp. Salt

About 3 cups sifted confectioners' sugar

grated lemon or orange peel

about 1/8 to 1/4 cup of juice from the lemon or orange

Thoroughly mix butter with salt • and 1 cup confectioners sugar until light and fluffy. Add rest of sugar and juice alternately, beating till very smooth and of spreading consistency. Add
