Ingredients
3 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup (120 ml) milk (any type: almond, oat, soy, or dairy)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1 teaspoon honey, maple syrup, or sweetener of choice
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings (choose a few!)
Fresh fruit (berries, banana slices, mango, kiwi)
Nuts or seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes)
Nut butter drizzle
Granola
Instructions
Combine: In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, sweetener, and salt.
Stir well: Let it sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight for best texture.
Serve: Stir once more before serving and add your favorite toppings.
