Fluffy Butter Buns – Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) lukewarm milk

1 large egg

2 tbsp (30 g) sugar

1 packet (8 g) instant yeast

4 cups (520 g) bread flour or all-purpose flour (add up to ¼ cup more milk if dough feels too dry)

50 g unsalted butter

1 tsp salt

Softened salted butter, for topping
