Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the warm milk and honey. Sprinkle the yeast on top and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

2. Add the melted butter, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture and stir to combine.

3. Gradually add the flour to the wet ingredients, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

7. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

8. Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
