Prik Nam Pla – Triple Batch (Metric)

Ingredients:

135 ml Thai fish sauce (half bottle red boat)

30 ml fresh lime juice (2 limes)

1 small nugget palm sugar

4 Thai or 2 Fresno chili , thinly sliced

6 garlic cloves, minced

45–90 ml water ( adjust to make milder)

40g chopped shallots

Anweisungen

Stir lime juice and sugar together until sugar dissolves.

Add fish sauce and water (if using). Mix.

Add chilies, garlic, and shallots.

Let rest 10–15 minutes for flavor to meld.
