16 oz. cream cheese

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 T. lemon juice

I box Vanilla Wafers

• Place vanilla wafer in cup cake paper- pour mixture on top and bake for 15 minutes at 350° Top with pie filling.
