Shrimp Creole

Zutaten

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon butter

1 can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1 cup, clean, cooked or canned shrimp

3 cups cooked rice

Anweisungen

Cook, onion and butter until tender, but not brown. Add soup and heat and stir until smooth. Stir in sour cream and curry powder. Add shrimp and heat. Sprinkle with paprika and a sprig of parsley for color. Serve over hot rice.
