2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup milk (any kind — almond, oat, coconut, dairy, etc.)
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
Fresh berries, sliced banana, or mango
Nut butter drizzle
Granola or crushed nuts
Coconut flakes or cacao nibs

Instructions
Combine:
In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, hemp seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Stir well so the seeds don’t clump.
Rest:
Let sit for 5–10 minutes, then stir again (this helps distribute the seeds evenly).
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. The pudding will thicken as the chia seeds absorb the liquid.
Serve:
Stir before serving. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

For extra creaminess, blend the mixture before chilling.
Use coconut milk for a rich, dessert-like version.
If it’s too thick after chilling, stir in a bit more milk.
