Crispy Garlic Chili Oil

Zutaten

Neutral Oil (2 cups)

Garlic (10 cloves)

Shallot (1 large)

Gochugaru (⅔ cup)

Chili Flakes (⅔ cup)

Ginger (2in knob)

Shitake Mushroom Powder (2 tsp)

Sugar (2 tbsp)

MSG (2 tsp)

Rice Vinegar (2 tbsp)

Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)

Sesame seeds (2 tbsp)

Anweisungen

Mix all dry ingredients in a mason jar (or heat proof bowl)

Heat oil, add shallots, once crispy remove shallots. Add garlic, fry light golden brown.

Pour hot oil over dry ingredients,enjoy the sizzle.

Mix, add soy sauce and vinegar and sesame seeds
